Thane has been eating on his own in our arms for awhile now (about a month) but we learned from school that he can really eat on his own. We decided to try it at home and we made a nice spot for him with the boppy and a blanket and let him go at it.

He did great, eating the whole thing without a peep in about 12 minutes. I don’t think he let a drop spill…

Until the very end, when he could not figure out how to get the last drops out….

We got out of work earlier and were able to speak to Thane’s teacher Erica for a while. She started changing his diaper with him standing up yesterday and thinks he will start sitting at the little table and chairs very soon. She promised to take pictures when she did.
